remote_table is the name of the remote table cache to be refreshed. The remote table name can be a two-part name:
schemaname.tablename. When specifying a two-part name, the specified remote table must be mapped in the specified schema, and you must have the privilege to insert, update, and delete objects in the specified schema.
ALL forces all caches to be refreshed.
CLEAN is optional and discards the data in the cache for the specified table or view, or all cache data if
ALL is specified, and repopulates the cache with the data in the remote table or view.
